RETURN POLICY

 RETURNS:

All purchases made using a code, or under any promotion/sale are FINAL SALE. 

  • The following items are on FINAL SALE :
    • White clothing
    • Bodysuits
    • Undergarments/Basics
    • Accessories 
    • Sale items

 

REFUNDS

If your order is ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND, it will be presented as STORE CREDIT.

ALL REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AS STORE CREDIT. SHIPPING FEES ARE EXCLUDED FROM CREDIT.

It is the customer's responsibility for the return shipping.

 

Please follow the following steps for a return:

  • Email Customer.service@shopdesnuda.com
  • Include the order number in the subject box.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery day.
  • Items must be unworn. ( free of stains and fragrance ) ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED.
  • Once approved, please ship items back to the correct address. Once we received the items and its cleared for acceptance, we will send your store credit via email.

 

DAMAGES/ INCORRECT ITEMS/

If a damaged item/ Incorrect item is received notify us within 3 days to fix the issue immediately. Items must be in the same condition they were received, with tags attached, no fragrance, and no deodorant stains.
